The correct installation and adjustment of automotive LED lights should follow the standard steps to ensure the correct orientation of the lamps and complete the final calibration. The following are the specific operating procedures and precautions:
1、 Installation steps
Cut off the power and prepare tools
Turn off the engine, wait for the car lights to cool down (to avoid burns), and prepare tools such as screwdrivers and anti-static gloves.

two
Locate and remove the original headlight components
Open the engine hood and locate the position of the headlights (usually located on both sides of the front of the car near the wheels).
three
Unscrew the dust cover, unplug the power plug, and press the spring buckle to remove the original car light bulb.
Install LED lights
Fix the LED lamp socket to the lamp holder and rotate counterclockwise to install the lamp body. Please note that the light beads should be placed horizontally (symmetrically on both sides) to avoid any deviation in the light pattern caused by installation up and down.

2、 Angle adjustment and calibration
Basic angle setting
After installation, it is necessary to ensure that the LED lights are vertical at a 90 degree angle and the light is in a symmetrical horizontal state. Preliminary adjustments can be made using the interior headlight adjustment roller:
Scroll up: The light rises and the illumination distance becomes farther
Scroll down: The light decreases and the illumination distance shortens.
two
Fine tune the light balance
If there is uneven lighting on both sides, the bulb angle can be manually adjusted. For example, when there is insufficient illumination on the left side, slightly rotate the left lamp body outward.
four
It is recommended to test on a flat road surface at night to ensure that the low beam section is clear and does not produce glare, in accordance with the national standard GB 4599-2007.

3、 Precautions
Model adaptation: Some models (such as Chevrolet Malibu) may require decoder support due to limited dust cover space, and it is recommended to have professional personnel operate them.
Avoiding modification risks: Prioritize supporting direct exchange LED lights (such as the Yishida brand) to avoid cutting wires or damaging the original car circuit.
Regular inspection: After installation, it is necessary to test the stability of the lighting to prevent flickering or overheating caused by poor contact.
